"Hotel thinks it’s in the middle of everything when nothing is around. They tease decent rates and nickel and dime the whole time there. Beautiful property that has a horrible housekeeping staff and rude employees. If you want to be an upscale hotel charge the room price accordingly. If you want to be a mid tier get rid of the nickel and dime. I have now stayed here twice and while the rooms are beautiful, everything else about the hotel is lackluster at best. "

"This is a motel. The staff was welcoming and helpful! Rooms are clean. Pool is 4ft deep. Food was mid. Bar area is cool. Drinks were worth the prices. Local bus stop just a block away! The town is walkable! Houston is HUGE! "

"Horrible. Paid $370 for one night. The app failed to tell me that the building was under construction and amenities were not open due to construction. Could not relax due to loud noises from the workers working. Also paid for parking and there was no safe parking available. I bleed to issue a complaint and they told me they would get back to me and haven’t heard back. "
