Everything for the stay would be as expected for Caesars Palace. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, all areas were well kept. My biggest criticism are the ridiculous daily charges you acquire during your stay. There are required daily charges above and beyond the prices you pay on Expedia for health club and iInternet, Neither one of which I wanted or used. This alone was a large enough cost for me not to return.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is so beautiful from the inside as it is from the outside. A lot of things to do and eat. The room was so beautiful and big with the a nice view of the water show from Bellagio. Would definitely stay again going forward

My son and I visited Vegas to see Adele. (Phenomenal show) We arrived at Caesar's around midnight and waited in the check-in line for an hour. Once we got to the desk, the attendant, for an unknown reason, upgraded our room. We finally got to the room at 1:20 a.m. Long story short, the bathroom was disgusting. Dirt and debris in both sinks, tub and floor. So we just turned around and went back downstairs. Waited in line another 20 minutes and explained to a different attendant what happened. Her first and only question was, "Do you have pictures?" I said yes and she turned and said let me see what we can do and walked away. When she came back they wanted me to wait to have the room cleaned and offered me credit. I said I was uncomfortable with that and I wanted a new room, maybe the one I originally booked. She went to the back again, then came back and gave us a new room. We went to the new room, bathroom still dirty (No where as bad) and one bed instead of the two in my reservation. It was after 2 a.m., we were tired and just went to sleep. In the morning I got up and went downstairs. Luckily the line was short, and I approached the attendant to explain the situation. I told her I didn't want an upgrade or credits, I wanted a clean room with 2 beds. She never looked at me and said let me see what I can do and began to walk away. Luckily, anther person (Ana or Aria and not sure her position) had been listening and did what was right! The only professional there
