"We booked several hotels for our stay in Dubai and used this hotel for the last night, booked 2 rooms but when we arrived for check in apparently only 1 was showing on their system. I then had to evidence my reservation so another room was booked for me. That wasnt pleasant. It wasn't a warm welcome or check in. Staff were professional but not friendly or nice so on that basis I didnt feel excited. I had to ask about events & facilities as this wasnt mentioned to me. I found that extremely odd considering it was quiet and not a single other customer was at check in or in the lounge area so they were not busy at all! Breakfast the next day was different. We had a host who kept coming over and checking on us, at one point I wanted to ask to leave us alone it was too much. I called to ask for late checkout and was told I would get a call back, I then waited 2 hours and then called again and was told yes until 4pm and theyre sorry this wasnt communicated. I called at 3.45 pm To ask for assistance with luggage and waited in my room rather than leaving my belongings. At 4.30 pm! I had a call asking if I wanted to extend my stay as I hadn't checked out, I explained ive been waiting for assistance with cases. The lack of communication really let it down, I wasnt happy at all. The pool was ok, nothing to shout about for this hotel for me sadly. Other than the toiletries in the bathroom."

"What i liked: The hotel itself offers a fantastic experience. The service is excellent, and the check-in and check-out processes were completely smooth despite the hotel being crowded. Cleanliness is top-notch, and the food options across the property are amazing. What i didn't like: The water park experience was awful and completely overshadowed our stay. It is heavily overpriced, which clearly inflates the overall room rates. It is marketed for kids, but they refuse to accommodate basic toddler needs. Security confiscated the baby food we brought for our 1 and 3-year-olds, even though no venue inside sells baby-friendly food. The manager, Zeeshan, was incredibly unhelpful and unsupportive, only letting us bring in a tiny fraction of the food. Later, security told us that if we wanted to feed our children the rest of their meal, we had to take them outside to eat in the intense Dubai heat before coming back inside. In 11 years of living in Dubai, I have never experienced such terrible customer service. Avoid if you have young children."

"Excellent Residences Hotel , with spacious and modern Apartments with everything that u need when with a family . Excellent cleaning and all around staff . Very courteous and professional . Check in to check out everything very smooth and easy . Only downside is no street restaurant close by at all which u can reach by a quick walk . Other than that excellent property ."
