Fantastic clear comms on What’s App from the property owner, as our late flights meant we got to the property at midnight. The apartment was immaculate and in a fantastic location. Superb security, the apartment has a supermarket and a pharmacy effectively underneath it. Breakfast is from the bakery at the end of the street, which makes delicious coffee and pastries. 10 min walk to where the cruise ships berth. This hotel is not in the centre of town, but we felt perfectly safe here. Though we only stayed here for one night, I would recommend it as the hotel was easy to find, the breakfast was good, it was good value and the staff were lovely.

Our stay at this exceptional establishment was truly remarkable. From its upscale ambiance to its impressive amenities, every aspect exceeded our expectations. The breakfast offered was of the highest quality, and what truly stood out was the incredible team, led by Nicolo. Their warm welcome and invaluable guidance on local attractions in and around Naples greatly enhanced our experience (and every recommendation they provided turned out to be on point).

The staff here were unbelievably helpful, cannot thank them enough (they searched my car for 20 minutes looking for a lost key at 11:30pm) and were helping me resolve by calling the break down service etc. They swiftly brought me room service at midnight. The breakfast on the roof with the view was heavenly!

A little hidden Gem in the heart of the oldest part of the City. Outside is full of the hustle & bustle of narrow streets and busy piazzas. Inside the hotel is peaceful and tranquil. Taxi from airport was €27, hotel got us one back for a fixed €19 fee, might be worth phoning them beforehand if you want to taxi in from airport and maybe get cheaper rate? Located just off main shopping street in a private courtyard with a smallish lift up to the hotel reception on 3rd floor. First impressions very favourable as it was modern and chic with very helpful staff. Well appointed room just by reception, with a good powerful shower. Hot tub on roof is a nice touch although the weather...

We stayed here for one night on our way to the airport after a week on the Amalfi Coast. It is an excellent base to explore the historic heart of Napoli, set as it is on the 4th floor of an old building in the gritty Centro Storico. The accommodation is a welcome surprise and the welcome from Chiara was warm and informative. She organised a transfer to the airport for us the next morning which worked well. As our stay was short we didn’t get an opportunity to enjoy breakfast or to use the sauna...

The hotel is ldeally located in a very nice area of Naples, close to the seafront, ferry and public transport. It's located very close to boutique and designer shopping off all types, lots of bars and restaurants. This is a very lively and sociable area in the evenings, making it really nice to stroll around and enjoy a drink or two. Your also a short walk to the seafront again with lots of restaurants etc.

The five rooms is a great small hotel in the heart of Naples. One of those places you would not know is there until you’re shown.
Alfredo is super helpful and sent details of where to go before I arrived and was then in touch via WhatsApp on the day of arrival in order to check all was ok . Once there it was fun going through the big door and up in the old style lift .. once on floor 4 you are greeted by a clean, modern and stylish boutique hotel - nicely decorated with a breakfast room and...

If there are 6 stars I would give it to Grand Hotel Vesuvio. It has old world charm and elegance with amazing staff that were professional, kind and friendly. The roof top for sunset apertivo is AMAZING. The bedding was top rate, something I am very fussy about. Would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend.
