We loved it hear, the staff are outstanding and there is so much to do… the room was great and the food was excellent.

A premium and convenient retreat from the madness of Disney world. Super easy to walk to back entrance at Epcot and Hollywood Studios, with the benefit of early opening and late opening for deluxe resort guests. Very short walk to Dolphin and Swan and their facilities as well as Boardwalk and Yacht and Beachclub resort restaurants. Rooms are clean and stylish.

Awesome

This was my 5th stay and it was excellent as always. Each time I stay I don’t think my view could get any better but they always surprise me. On previous stays I’ve had a view of the Tower of Terror and fireworks, second trip I could see both the Epcot and Hollywood studios fireworks from my window. On my 3rd trip I had a resort view and could see the Magic Kingdom fireworks. This time I had an amazing balcony room looking directly at the Epcot ball it was amazing in the evenings! Delightful hotel. Very well appointed and spacious rooms. Enjoyed the 'quiet' pool although nearby drinks machine was empty- a bit annoying and when I pointed this out to a member of staff she brought me a free bottle of coke and immediately was on phone to report the issue. Can't understand why this isn't checked daily though. Also no stamps for Post to UK in gift shop. Both minor irritations that could easily be avoided. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and really could not fault...

Brilliant clean rooms and excellent service. Best hotel in Lakeland.

Nice big place lobby amazing but the rooms and vast long corridors very much well lived in - carpets need updating

All the furniture was in very good condition, the villa was very clean and all the cleaning products were provided, down to washing powder, kitchen roll, dishwasher tablets etc. The cutlery, crockery and glasses all appeared to be new. Bedding was very comfortable, and the Hotel provided extra blankets and pillows as soon as we requested them. The private pool in addition to Stormaway Bay was a bonus. A very enjoyable stay, wish it had been for longer!

Mystic Dunes is delightful. Great pools and restaurant. The staff at the golf course were so friendly and helpful. We had a lot of fun & great food.

Loved this hotel. Spacious well maintained rooms. Mostly delightful staff with the exception of one of the security guards at the gate who was decidedly 'un Disney' and not exactly cheerful - he is there to deter dubious characters I suppose but first impressions are important to paying guests. There was another guard who was just delightful and helpful. Room cleaned to a high standard. Pool area impressive- the lazy river a great was to chill out. we only ate the buffet breakfast - good...
