Great hotel rented car and so could see the mountains

It is a beautiful property in a perfect location . However, having been an abbey the rooms overlooking the lake were very small and cramped for two people. There is no lift due to planning restrictions - this should be made very clear on the website and booking platform, as those with mobility problems would find it almost impossible.

Wonderful property walkable into Talloires. Staff really helpful and stay was wonderful. Will be back

Our second stay at Le Pelican. Perfectly located for Annecy Old Town. The hotel has “all you require” for a holiday stop over.

Very clean and lovely staff. Good breakfast too! Would recommend highly.

overall a very comfortable stay. Helpful staff, close to main points. aRecommended

Lovely comfortable hotel right in the heart of Annecy

Excellent room with Lake view. Separate Dressing Room, Bathroom and WC. Only thing lacking would be a washbasin in room with the WC. Swimming Pool area superb.

Check in staff were very friendly and helpful. Having a covered garage, at a small additional cost, served us very well. The property seems reasonably new and in very good condition. It's in walking distance to a few places to eat dinner. Working air con was very welcome. Breakfast was ok but not worth €15pp

Lovely stay within walking distance of all the attractions.

Excellent centrally situated hotel with good facilities and very well appointed bedroom. Breakfast extra but well worth the cost

Room was compact but very clean. Nicely located near Lake Annecy itself. Plenty of parking for guests. A choice for breakfast, whether you want fruit, pastries or like me plenty of bacon and scrambled eggs.

Room cleaning needs to be improved. We found in the sofa bed cups of food from the previous guests, as well as dirt under the sofa bed. The kitchenette was only equipped with a towel 2 days later.

Sat/Nav found the Hotel perfectly. Pleasant welcome, large newly refurbished room, with sitting area; almost a small suite. Only downside was breakfast at 11 Euros, and no evening meal, although many restaurants within easy walking distance, and a foody pub 80 metres away. Parking in the garden and secure.

Exceptionally lovely, well appointed apartment. Light and spacious and really comfortable stay here with the family. Didn’t want to leave! Loved the quiet location and views.

I thought this hotel was brilliant. It is in a excellent location in the centre of town. The staff were fantastic, very accommodating and exceptionally helpful. I would certainly recommend this and hope to use the hotel in the future.
