"The staff was kind and responsive over chat and in person. Stay away from the coffee shop in the premises. The staff is rude, slow, and the food is pretry bad. There is mold and water damage in several walls in my room, the room is very noisy because the kitchen is right behind the room the Wi-Fi works although choppy. There are no hooks in the bathroom. The toiletries they give you are very bad. There's no blackout shades for the window. The hallway flooring is in very bad shape worn out but...

"Near subway. Comfy bed. Lots of dinning options close by. Decent kitchen but there were no forks and knives, though there was a kitchen knife. The veranda door didn’t close properly and there was a large gap, letting in cold air. It got into the low 30s at night. Maintanance fixed it up but I wish I didn’t have to ask them to fix it. The room was quiet enough for me even though it was facing the street. "

"Great location, we walked to San Cristobal Hill and local dining and took a short Uber ride to the Palace, Plaza del Armas and other downtown sites. Jose organized pickup from the airport and transfers to and from Valle Nevado. The breakfast was good, tea, coffee and water available all day. Great stay."
