Professional and friendly hotel staff.
Basic but comfortable and clean. This could be a great place to stay if you have business nearby but there wouldn't be much reason to stay in this residential area otherwise. I suggest accepting airport pick up. It is not easy to find the place. Taxi driver couldn't find it and people in the neighbourhood ...
Not a very good experience. Front desk staff were not at the desk. Must ring a bell to call them. No bell boys to help with luggage, no water in room, very empty hotel lobby etc. Won't be going there again till another international hotel chain or a reputable management takes over.
The mattress was very uncomfortable. Mattress spring got problem. Room size also very small. But overall is ok
Need to improve
not good, no toilet paper and tissue paper in the room. The taxes & fees were paid during booking. And yet, they just deducted the amount from my deposit.
The apartment is spacious and clean. Nice view of the city, satisfied with the facilities, especially water dispenser and washing machine are provided. Beds are comfortable. Very satisfied, strategic location.
