Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was very well prepared and served. The room lacked finishing touches like colourful cushions as shown in the lobby photo which left a very austere atmosphere in the room. It was comfortable enough. It’s built on a steep hillside so be prepared to have a good workout for the thighs coming and going to the restaurant and reception areas if you wish to walk; gold cart transport service is available if you prefer. We had an incredible stay at this property! The mountain views right from our room were breathtaking, and the entire staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful. A special mention to Dipen and his wife, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, the home-cooked food was absolutely delicious. We loved the experience so much that we decided to extend our stay!
