"The towels were dirty, though they changed it the new ones were the same as old ones. Food was the worst part, nothing was available except tea and coffee. To top it off the manager was very unpleasant. About the property itself, it’s placed in a very scenic location and all we enjoyed was the nature from the room sit out. That was the good part."

It would be better if the provide some carpet & heater in room The time we went there was the coldest and it's hard to walk on room in the tiles without carpet legs where frozing ( i know slippers are option) but still if carpets where there it would have good. "The staff was polite but we stayed for 3 days, no room service. No one came to do bedsheet or clean. The bathroom didn't have running hot water. The restaurant food was subpar. Didn't have Wi-Fi even though it was listed as an amenity. Had wall fan which was too loud. Never going again."

"We paid 11k for one night. The room we were given had no windows, was so tight they after putting in the rollaway, the only way to get off the bed was from the other end. The location is quite far from central Coimbatore. There aren't many food options right by and the road is very busy so it takes time to cross the street. They also offer breakfast up until 10:30 am after which all you can get is a sandwich and coffee. Ah yes, and in the 11k, breakfast was NOT included. "

"As I was travelling with my wife, I've booked a room with Queen size bed. Upon arrival, the receptionist gave me a room with seperate beds... With me asking for a room change he agreed for joining the beds in exisiting room. I asked for changing the linen and pillow covers, to which the hotel boy claimed that there are no more linens at the hotel. Then I asked for a room change, to which they agreed and gave me a room which was dusty enough to give me an allergy trigger. I've stayed in this...

"When I checked in the room had prior guest’s trash and the bed and bathroom smelled terrible. The couch had blood stains. Gave my laundry to be cleaned and it came back stinking like urine. The food was also bad."
