"엘리베이터가 없지만, 직원이 캐리어 나르는 것을 도와줘서 괜찮았어요. 1층 식당 조식이 3가지 중 선택인데, 매일 조금씩 달라서 먹는 즐거움이 있었습니다. 생각보다 조식 맛있었어요. 마이너스 10도 온도일 때 숙박했는데, 객실 내부는 아주 따뜻했습니다. 트윈 기본을 신청했고, 2층 테라스 있는 객실을 받았어요. 테라스에 가끔 나가서 주변 구경도 했네요. "

"The views are spectacular. The staff is friendly and helpful. Love that each room has its own sauna. Take advantage of the restaurant for lunch or an early dinner. Managing the gondola timing is easy. And if you miss the lower gondola, there a taxis that can take you to the second stop. We had more than enough time to go to the city and make it back before the last gondola."

"Polite staff who were happy to help at any time, and overall a neat and nice place to stay. Wifi connection did go out at times, but was otherwise stable and even excellent for the price of the stay. I highly recommend staying here :) There are plenty of shops and restaurants within 2km of the hotel, so there's always somewhere to go. "

"The staff were inattentive and unhelpful,more interested on being on their phones.Food was terrible.Its in the middle of nowhere interesting and very few good cafes/restaurants nearby. The room was ok but i wouldnt stay there again."
