I have stayed at the hotel on two occasions, the last for 17 days. The hotel is a great position, is reasonably priced and all the staff are very friendly and helpful

U Pattaya is a great little boutique hotel, with wooden walkways throughout their green garden and wooden fishes hung up, a very pleasant and green surrounding. The hotel's breakfast room overlooks the inifinity pool which reaches out to the beach, very lovely indeed. Breakfast is very unique. Not only do they offer a full buffet, they also offer 5-6 hot-off-the-stove, made-to-order main egg dishes. Great little hotel. Rooms are nice and unique with a jacuzzi on every balcony, and a step...

I’ve been visiting for about the last 15 years. It is a wonderful resort with the biggest and best swimming pool of any hotel in the city (actually this resort has two, and the one featured on the Expedia/Siam Bayshore site is the smallest of them) and some very beautiful tropical gardens on a huge site, covering acres of land near to Bali HI pier. Unlike the newest hotel chains which all seem to build skyscrapers on tiny plots of land, this grand hotel has low-rise buildings on a huge estate...

A beautiful resort located at North Pattaya. Contains 2 swimming pools with good view of the ocean, and a private beach front which may be a little rocky. The hotel is very beautiful and many couples were taking lots of instagram photos on the venue. The rooms were very comfortable and the service in general quite good. Food at the hotel is considered to be of good quality, though there could be a wait for the morning buffet during the high session which is a let down. One issue that I...

I was treated like Royalty from the moment I arrived. The hotel stands as one of the best I have ever lived in even better than Vegas, London, Barbados and Dubai. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. They are a credit to the company and could teach many on how to conduct yourself in hospitality!

Overall our experience was great. However, we would recommend for restaurant staffs to be more prepared on handling hotel guests especially it is a festive holiday. Further, if there is a high guest traffic, the breakfast service should consider to extend the time or advise guests at least ten minutes before breakfast service ends. What had impressed us a lot is the spa and their service. Great promotion deal, marvelous massage techniques and friendly service. We would go back again for...

A nice experience .... very convenient place to avail tuktuks. Excellent ocean view ... friendly staff.

The superior room was spacious and clean, but the bathroom was a bit dated. There was a balcony that you can sit and relax. Book the room that includes breakfast- it is worth it! Many varieties of food to eat ( both Western and Asian). Two beautiful swimming pools. Very nice and friendly staff.

Booked at last minute and not planned to go to Pattaya, so no research before hand, could have chosen Hilton or Intercon but chose Royal Cliff on off chance. This is hotel is nothing like we expected, we stayed at the Cliff Grand, very high standard of service, great restaurant service, some dishes exceptional, Eggs Benedict etc, perfect. So instead of just being a once only experience we are planning a longer return trip to Thailand and will ensure we round it off with a few days here. The...

My favourite Thailand hotel, I have been to this hotel 3 times with different people every time! Everyone who has come with me has thoroughly enjoyed it. The highlight of this themed hotel (apart from the lost world theme) would have to be the on site spa services they offer - very relaxing and refreshing I make a point to book my appointment before I arrive because I don’t want to miss out on an appointment! However I don’t think that’s required but if you do you can sometimes get specials. The...

Staff are excellent, the hotel itself is very nice and the garden and pool areas are lovely. The restaurant food is not particularly good for evening meals, but the breakfast is adequate. The location if you want quiet and peaceful is exactly that, but if you want to see Pattaya city and the more busy areas it it about 5 - 6km travel.

Everything was first class without a doubt one of the best hotels in Asia I would recommend to anyone

Very nice pool and all facilities, close to the beach and convenience to tralvel.
