The hotel is beautiful. The pool looking onto the beach is stunning. Reception staff are super friendly. Not great for solo travellers if you want a really social vibe and to meet people with activities etc, there is one dorm. The hotel hosts large groups of young travellers. Its sometimes feels like they take over the hotel. They have BBQs, quizzes, parties etc and the rest of the hotel is excluded. Great place to chill.

Our family of three (husband, myself and 7 year old daughter), have just returned from an almost two week stay at Kimpton Kitalay. We had an incredible time at the hotel. The room was clean, spacious and we loved the nightly treats whether it’s a face mask or toffees. There is always an attendant in your block of rooms if you need extra towels or a quick refresh. An excellent hotel, with nice pool and gym, situated close to the beach. The resort is located either side of a road with part actually fronting the beach. The food is exceptionally good with a great choice. Staff friendly and attentive.

My wife and I booked a last minute deal inc flights and we were very pleased with the outrigger. The hotel was great and had just 59 villas with no high rise which we do not like. Amazing pools, swim up bar and its own beach. The staff were amazing - particularly Rory and Jeffrey who went out of their way to make you comfortable. Have just spent a week in a tropical pool villa at this new resort. It is a truly 5 star experience. A personal butler attends to your every need (Max: you were outstanding). The food is excellent: beginning with a historic breakfast including oysters and champagne. The staff are delightful and attentive, the facilities excellent, the setting beautiful. Some construction ongoing which we would have appreciated being informed about, however the staff more than made up for this with their excellent and very professional service. The facilities are excellent, spa is fantastic and the location is brilliant. I went to The Pasage in August 2014 for a family wedding. The wedding was organised by the Hotel and they did a fantastic job. The hotel is in a quiet area but there is a free bus from the hotel every day that takes you to Nathon or to the tourist area of Chaweng. Trips can be booked at reception at reasonable prices too. The Hotel is clean and the staff can't do enough for you. The spa on site is a must. Best massage I have ever had.
