Staff was super friendly, rooms were clean and fresh. linens and towels were clean and not threadbare. Easy to find, quick walk to super markets, movie theatre & "downtown" a moderate hike away. My impression was that staff is happy and cares.

Plenty of dust under furniture (I am allergic to dust mites. Got an sms with link to pro register so all I would have to do is pick up a key at check in - had to do all that over at the front desk. Whichever brain surgeon decided sheet metal bedskirts was a good idea should never work in the hotel industry again. There was moisture seeping in on the bathroom walls. Included breakfast was absolutely comical. Coffee/tea OJ and two different kind of numbats and a cupcake. There was a microwave and toaster though. I guess so that you can nuke your cupcake and toast your nutrition bars. The only reason I gave it a 2 was because there was toilet paper and the bed was made.

Staff was good but the hotel was very dirty. Carpets, chairs in the room, and the top comforter all had stains on them. The shower head didn’t work properly and the tub didn’t drain well so the tub filled with water as you showered. There were also parts on the wall of the bathroom that were repaired but not painted. Usually I love to take a bath when I stay in a hotel but it was not appealing whatsoever.

The hall and stairway carpeting was filthy and smelled. The continental breakfast consisted of a cup of bad coffee, no creamer and a few oranges. I won't be returning.

I hesitate to really say my stay was “poor”, but definitely below average. The room was dated and in desperate need for fresh paint and fixture upgrades, but it was clean. The lobby was dingy and smelled of old cigarettes. It was actually difficult to identify the building as the hotel because the exterior lacked signage and was quite rundown. I guess I don’t hesitate to say it was poor. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, that’s about all this property has going for it. Cost too much for what you get, but it was a place to sleep for a brief overnight trip.

THere is a terrible odor - we bought fabreeze and lysol to be able to hang there. We had a fire alarm at midnight the first night - didnt seem to be anything but an annoyance.

Courteous staff, however the coffee machine had dust accumulated in the water chamber. The TV was not functional. The room had onky 2 lights and that too only table lamps. In short no sufficient lighting. Hope to get a good complimentary breakfast tomorrow morning.

The front staff was terrible and had no idea what they were doing. They kept calling people on the phone for help and no one was answering. The room was clean but they had left the window open so the room was freezing (its winter)and there is no heat. We could not stay there because it was too cold and the blanket was too thin, we were shivering.

There was a water leak in our room and mildew as well as mold in the carpet in front of the bathroom. It reeked a terrible smell and was definitely unsafe to breathe, let alone be able to stay in. We got wet every time we had to use the restroom.
