"Very nice hotel , close to everything we wanted to see. Close to the bus and train station."

"The included breakfast was plentiful and of good quality. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the Roman baths museum and lots of pubs and restaurants in the area. "

"Upon arrival the receptionist was very blunt/rude and not welcoming at all. Made a big fuss about parking my van around the back (like I did with no issue during my last stay) and said I should have contacted the hotel before, which I did with no reply. When I showed her the message she just shrugged it off and said we don’t check bookings made through a third party - but was very happy to take the £600 payment off me!"

"Staff were all very friendly and provided exceptional service. Rooms were clean and bright. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to rooms with windows. Everything was excellent. Be more than happy to stay again. Breakfast was also exceptional 😋 "

"The room was clean and to a high standard. The bed was comfortable and good size shower. The restaurant is good and large size portions. Blue bade parking available at the rear door which is excellent. I will be staying here from now on every time visit Bristol for work"
