"Probably one of the best managed hotels I’ve stayed in. Easy check-in, friendly staff, ample amenities, very helpful on recommendations for local attractions, and facility was very comfortable, clean and host very welcoming. Owners were obviously personally involved in operating motel and it showed."

"A unique experience in sequoia park. So much offered… quaint pond for fishing and canoeing, archery, s’mores and evening campfire, pool n hot tub, excellent selection of board games and buffet meals !!!! AND very close to Grant tree… all that and very friendly staff . True… the lodge and the rooms are dated.. but they point this out on their website and there are pictures of the rooms . But what the place lacks in fancy upgraded rooms it WELL makes up for in character and activities. They do have a few very new cabins as well is you’re not into the vintage feel"
