"A very distinctive, family owned and managed property close to Sequoia National Park. Dog-friendly is an understatement; they’re one of the rare breed that doesn’t charge a pet fee. The staff is marvelous — friendly, helpful, informative. The property is in the process of being upgraded, and by the summer should be in 5-star condition. "

"No hot water. Below luke warm. Tv satellite would not catch signal. Bathroom circuit was tripped off so the GFI that ran the stationary hair dryer and coffee pot did not function. Toilet tank leaking so that it kept filling up making the annoying noise of it filling constantly. Fridge froze our salad and food making the salad bad . Greek salad from pizza factory that I really wanted. Garbadge service when I called for assistance. "

"Room was exactly as expected. The staff was beyond friendly! Property was amazing. There were more amenties(like the pool) that were open even in the off season. Overall this place was incredible and I would absolutely stay here again"

"This area is not for novice hikers. Recommend Groundhog Meadow hike to get acclimated. Staff were friendly and cabin was clean and comfortable."
