"Helpful staff with quick check in, wish there was a Smart TV"

"Did not check out gym. The room was quite comfortable, huge bathroom. The pool was amazing. The courtyard was breathtaking, fire pit with comfy chairs , couches, you truly felt the New Orleans vibe. Cant wait to visit again"

"The room was clean most of the staff were really awesome. We were unable to watch tv and reported it. Maintenance came and told us sorry no CNN because we would have to use Tubi for the remainder of our stay. I reported to the lady who checked us out and she responded with a smart comment and dismissed me with do you need a receipt for your stay. I would have appreciated at least care and an apology for the inconvenience. Very Disappointing "

"The room was clean. Friendly staff. The breakfast was very slim and almost none left when we got there to eat. The juice was very watered down and no other options for a drink available unless you got something from the vending machine. Other than the breakfast lacking, the hotel was nice. "
