"I thought the hotel was clean and upkept. What made this stay stand out were the employees. Every employee we encountered were kind to us. The young man who checked us in was a delight. He was kind, warm and courteous. The ladies who cleaned the rooms were quiet and made sure to not be in your way. The breakfast served was delicious and plentiful. I must admit that this is usually the kind of service I receive from all La Quinta Inns."

"My husband and I go to Fredericksburg fairly regularly, yet somehow had not stayed here yet. We absolutely loved it! Our cottage was at the back of the property, behind which was a nice grassy area in front of a stand of trees. There were multiple fire pits with chairs. We did not make use of those, but it was a lovely space and made us feel more relaxed just knowing there was a “backyard” if we wanted to sit out on our little porch or use a fire pit. We went during the week, which meant there were fewer people staying there, and it was quiet and peaceful. Even if it had been, we would have just had one common wall with a neighbor (as opposed to people on each side plus an entire hallway in a standard hotel). We will definitely be staying here again!!"
