Great hotel in a great location. Every single staff member went out of their way to help us. The restaurant was amazing, with breakfast definitely worth the money. Amenities were all great, felt very safe and looked after our whole stay.

Definitely the best hotel in Seminyak. No other words needed. Will definitely stay here again.

An excellent hotel with warm, friendly staff, just a short walk from Seminyak beach. We stayed fifteen nights and are already planning to return next year. The location is ideal: close to the beach and plenty of restaurants, yet the hotel itself is wonderfully quiet, a true haven between the beach and the bustle of the town. The location of the hotel is superb, very close to the beach. We enjoyed the beach so much. Our room had a beautiful view to the beach. The room was spacious with a terrace. Breakfast can be chaotic. Wish that a big hotel like alila can have more restaurants. Overall our stay was very nice and would recommend this hotel to our friends.

Wonderful holiday primarily because of the Villa at Peppers and their service. Great size of villa (600m2) and so well serviced. The included breakfast at the restaurant and staff were also fantastic.The restaurant was also good for a quiet evening meal when you didn't want to go out and reasonably priced. We'll be back. PS Kids loved being driven around in the golf buggies!

Stayed here over Nyepi ( Balinese silent day ) , lovely hotel , great staff, pool access room was excellent , can't comment on surrounding area , because stayed within the hotel grounds for our stay , couldn't fault the hotel or staff , great place to stay

The hospitality and the facility was amazing. My only disappointment was that my villa was located at the very edge of the hotel right next to the road, so it was not a quiet environment. I was expecting a more relaxing stay as this was my honeymoon.

Best place we stay on our honeymoon by a country mile. Highly recommend you stay at The Mulia which should not be mistaken with the Mulia Resort and Village other locations in the resort. You get the full range of services from the excellent Butler service to the beachfront view from your cabana to the excellent suites. Love, Love Love. My wife and I had a fantastic holiday and celebrated our wedding anniversary in style. The setting and villa were perfect, staff friendly and always ready to help. The food was superb especially for my wife as she is a vegetarian. Well away from the main tourist area but easily accessible when required by use of the hotel driver. We loved it.

The staff are lovely, really accommodating and will help in any way they can. It is a beautiful set up, although could do with a bit of renovation. The outdoor bath is a lovely idea but we didn’t use it because it was too old and dirty. The area is very busy and like most busy areas in Bali, pretty dirty and noisy. We had a wonderful stay at Aloft Bali Kuta. The hotel was spotlessly clean and perfectly located in the heart of Kuta, right next to the stylish Beachwalk Shopping Center, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We travelled around Bali and stayed in several places, but the service from the Marriott staff here was by far the best. We would happily stay again!

Beautiful hotel. Amazing details in the lobby. Its massive. Quite a long walk to the front of the hotel, so don't forget anything in your room! Amazing pools and beach. Wouldn't go in the sea though. Beautiful sunrises. Decent air conditioned gym. Breakfast was good, although not the best I've had in Bali. The Indonesian cakes were very nice though.

The cottages were luxurious and very comfortable. The bathroom to die for separate shower and bath which looked out to your own garden. But what made the stay was the staff. Friendly and very attentive . I would stay at the resort again..

A fantastic place. Outstanding service on all parts. Very quiet and calm place. Perfect for just relaxing. Beach is quick 5 min where the hotel has its on small part. No problem getting sun beds at all. One restaurant within the area with a very very nice a la carte breakfast. Highly recommended. The "room" is fantastic with its own little mini pool and lounge group outside. 3-5 min walk to Bali Collection with shopping and restaurants (not as good as the hotel's own). Feels very touristic...
