"Staff was super friendly. However, the room we stayed in, the curtain didn’t cover The whole windows. The sun was shining bright at 6 am. We didn’t get in until 1 am so we really needed our sleep. Please fix the curtains in room 113!"

"Room was clean. We had a couple of clogged sinks, but they were promptly taken care of when we made the front desk clerk aware. Breakfast was very good. All staff were friendly if sometimes difficult to understand because of the language barrier. We enjoy staying here."

"This hotel definitely falls under the "you get what you pay for" category. The sheets were not very clean. The room never cooled to a comfortable temperature. The shower water pressure was terrible and made a horrible screeching noise the entire time I was showering. There were obvious poorly repaired holes in the hallway and they ran out of milk and hot breakfast items two days in a row, at least an hour before breakfast was supposed to be over. We brought these things to the attention of the staff on day one and by two, there were still no noticeable improvements. I would not stay here again."

"Sadly, the room was not very clean, the a/c heater unit only worked on fan. The buttons to adjust heat and cooling and on/off were gone. Had to unplug it to keep cold air from blowing all night. Got down to 26 degrees outside at night. Room was chilly. No hair dryer. Half used container of shower gel. Stained towels. Funky smell. Have upcoming business this summer in Northfield, but won't be coming back to this hotel."

"Great place to stay while visiting colleges with my daughter. Close to both St. Olaf and Carleton. Front desk staff was kind to lend us an umbrella when it looked like rainy for our college tour."

"Such a friendly and caring staff. It's our "go to" when we are at Mayo Clinic - they take some of the anxiety off what is a stressful set of surgeries and doctors' visits. One less thing to worry about for sure. The shuttle service is second to none as well."

"Went on a little get away for my sons birthday but when we got there they tell us after checking in that the pool and hot tub are out of service,room was ok first thing i see is the housekeeper wants a tip second thing i see is a giant cob web next to the couch,doesnt really scream cleanliness! Hallways stank like dank,ofcourse i know people are going to smoke it up but have a better filtration system or something, i would give it 2 out of 10...will definitely not be going back!"
