"The hotel was very clean, warm and comfortable. I spoke to many staff members during the stay and everyone was completely helpful, friendly and had time for a conversation. I was fortunate to get a room with an amazing view of Wells Cathedral. It was an ideal location. The hotel description on the booking site was accurate and the hotel sent additional reminder emails regarding parking and the hotel’s unique stairs. So there were no surprises.
