"We were greeted with enthusiasm and a smile by Anthony who got our room ready as we arrived earlier than expected. Great amenities and good value. Very convenient to Tram stop."

"On site parking, location was close enough to walk or catch a bus to see all the things we wanted to see."

"Our room was clean and exactly as advertised. Perfect having 2 rooms while traveling as a family. Wonderful extra touch of a bottle of Prosecco on check in, perfect as we were getting ready to go to the tattoo Easy check in and a fantastic location. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit"

"Good affordable option :)"

"Good location and the 2bedroom unit was great value. Hosts were very accommodating"

"Good food at the restaurant and they moved their personal vehicles for us to have a parking spot. Very helpful with the menu and check in was easy"

"Absolute gem of a hotel! I honestly couldn’t believe I found a place this good. Incredible location, excellent quality, and such a great price. My dad is originally from Edinburgh, and we were visiting together, and even he was floored by how good the hotel was given the price, quality, and location. It felt like an absolute find, and I’d happily stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"Good cozy & comfortable place but very overpriced"

"I love the stay. We were there for two nights it’s a really modern cosy room with nice views."

"Really amazing staff make this place great. Will be back for sure."

"Highly recommend, this was our favorite stay on the trip!"

"I stayed with my husband for one night, I did not realize while booking that we had to share a bathroom with several rooms. So if you plan on staying be aware that there is no private bathroom. That being said this guest house was good to stay for the night and felt clean, safe, and comfortable. There was no breakfast, which was listed as included."
