"The resort and grounds were very well maintained and beautiful. The staff who checked us in were very friendly. I upgraded my room to a 2 bedroom on the spot and they were very accommodating. When we got to our room I was so impressed with how huge and spacious the unit was. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We were in Kona for a couple of days so we were out and about for the most part. The beds were super comfortable. I liked the bracelets the kids were able to enter the unit and the pool area. I think we found ourselves a new place to stay whenever weโ€™re in Kona. I highly recommend Kona Coast Resorts if youโ€™re visiting Kona. Thanks KCR for the great experience. We will be back soon. Mahalo"

"Pacific 19 was very convenient for our stay in Kona. Parking was a bit tricky, but staff were helpful and friendly. There is no restaurant but only an outside breakfast building-cart with coffee and pastries. However other dining options close by and room had a small fridge plus a microwave. Would stay there again as price was great for the convenience."

"The hotel offers excellent facilities that are easy to use. It is ideally located on the main street with convenient access to a sandy beach thatโ€™s great for swimming, snorkeling, and kayaking. Complimentary morning coffee, poolside drinks, souvenir water bottles, a sevenโ€‘stage water filtration dispenser on every floor, and beach chairs with parasols are all thoughtful touches. The only aspect that didnโ€™t feel fully 5โ€‘star was the front desk service, but overall the hotel deserves a 5โ€‘star rating."
