This is our 2nd stay at the same hotel, and I would go nowhere else next time. First stay, they have allowed us to check-in as early as 9am and their wifi was great. Great location, excellent service and brilliant restaurants. We stayed for four nights and had dinners in all the restaurants. Food quality (from Turkish to Japanese) is top notch. Hotel staff are always attentive and caring. In a nutshell, it is one of the best hotels we stayed in.

A very quick check-in by Barış who was very kind as we received an upgraded room. The room had a bedroom and separate sitting space and bathroom which were all extremely clean and more than comfortable for me, my wife and daughter. Staff are amazing and everything is walking distance

Was amazing. 4 food courts, 4 gyms, excellent view of the sea from the rooms & restaurants, Great boat rides, great time, great staff, brilliant fun with thanks giving entertainment, thanks giving buffet, Santa clause, The grand Bazar was brilliant with very cheap prices for top brands.

Amiral Palace Hotel is a must for anybody visiting Istanbul. The property is located in the old town of Istanbul and is walking distance from the major sites of Topkapi Palace, Blue Mosque and Aya Sofia. Friendly staff and great location

The rooms were spotless, the breakfast was very good with a wide variety to choose from but the icing on the cake was the wellness centre. All in all a beautiful hotel

We only had a very short stay while we had a long layover in SAW. The staff were very friendly, the room lovely and the bed very comfortable. transfer service very easy, just had to wait a little time at the airport.

Incredibly convenient for entertainment and travel (besiktas ferry terminal on the doorstep of the hotel) across the Bosphorus to all areas of interest in Istanbul . Very central for a variety of dining options,Simply marvellous.

Every member of staff I met from reception to spa was very polite and helpful, Immaculately clean by pool and steam etc. Helpful concierge, very safe.

We stayed for a week as a special birthday treat, and we couldn’t have hoped for better treatment. From the front desk reception to the housekeepers to the restaurant team, everyone was friendly, welcoming and apparently committed to customer service. Our room was on a corner on the eleventh floor, so we had a great view and a lovely balcony. It was a pleasure to return to the room at the end of each day. It’s expensive, particularly as prices are charged in Euros, but worth it.
