"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Given the high price we paid, the room was unexpectedly small and lacked comfort. After a long day of travel, we were shocked to find that room service was unavailable after 11:00 PM, which was extremely inconvenient. I had a European guest with me, and he was also dissatisfied with the service. The breakfast options were quite limited, and overall, the hospitality did not meet expectations.
