These personal touches made the space feel warm and welcoming, almost like a home away from home. Overall, the service, warmth, and genuine hospitality I experienced throughout my stay exceeded every expectation. "Room was clean however the furniture was dated. Room was stated to be 28 sq mt but seemed much smaller. Buffet dinner food in the main restaurant was extremely sad and not worth the price. Staff was prompt and courteous but the room service boys were raw in their communication. I didn't raise any complaints but I did get a feedback call a few days later where the hotel management wanted a detailed feedback so that felt genuine."
