"Very bad experience. Visited that property but there was no rooms available As I have booked room online from expedia, Even manager was not willing to help us or to solve our query...worst experience from Expedia portal and emerald resort manager.... We have to look for some other resort in last moment, rates where high but no option rather den booking....it's very sad when u drive about 3 hrs and u go to the hotel and there is no room available....it's very worst experience"

"The interior of the property is very shabby. The couches in the lobby, and everywhere in the hotel was very dirty and stained. The train horn specially in the night and early morning makes it difficult to sleep but the staff is very helpful, friendly."
