"We (family of 4) had a wonderful stay at Essentia Premier, staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful. Rooms were spot on, clean very well maintained, front desk staff were excellent, she even upgraded my parent's room to ensure we stay next to each other. Breakfast at thier restaurant Citron is another highlight breakfast is amazing, overall we had a fantastic time at this place and would definitely recommend for families."

"I have booked hotel for one night that is for 11-12 June 2025.
But Expedia staff has given day stay voucher to hotel wrongly and hotel denied the room saying that your booking is for day.
It was night stay booking.i have not got stay please refund my full amount."
