Amazing hotel, total luxury in all of its amenities. Perfect location in regards to restaurants, bars, clubs, cafes. The staff are so polite and the level of cleaning in the room on a daily basis is superb. The rooms so quiet as it’s just off the main road whilst only remaining a couple of minutes walk from the centre.

Greeted by the super friendly manager(who spoke excellent English) and shown to the spacious room(with a kindly offered gift waiting for me). Sauna room was bliss and a something I didn't expect. Housekeeping was superb and leaving/returning hotel was no hassle at all. Near to Golden Gai and Shinjuku/Shin Okubo stations. 5*; absolutely recommended - mainly due to exceptional customer service.

Very spacious room, which is unusual in Tokyo. The bathrooms were particularly luxurious. Location is 10 mins to shinkuku main station and close to plenty of bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

We were sceptical at first as this was labelled “love hotel”. We only stayed one night for the late check-in as we were only passing through. So glad we stayed here, it was the best stay in Japan! The bed and pillow were so comfortable, jacuzzi is amazing and they provide so many toilets amenities - hair curler, straighteners, hair mask, bubble bath etc.. very soundproof (if uhm you are worried about the noise). We wish we could stayed more nights there.

Best hotel in Yokohama. This hotel is like a mini resort - there are plenty to do, lots of free amenities, a bookable onsen, outdoor foot-onsen, massage chairs. In the room there was a bath tub and every amenity you could wish for. The free bikes that you can borrow makes it easy to access any part of Yokohama. Placed very near major shopping street and less than 10 minutes from Kannai station. The staff was really friendly although not all spoke English - they were more than able to communicate...
