"Pleasant atmosphere; friendly, helpful staff. One issue we had was, after requesting to be away from high traffic areas, we were given a room that WAS in a high- traffic area near the elevator and ice machine and vending machine. Then we were put in a position of having to negotiate for a better location for an upgrade fee. Subsequently, we wondered if that was the only option despite our observation that there were apparently many available rooms during our stay. That put a slight damper on our stay. Otherwise, we had agood time! "

"Great. Just hate the separation of adult and family pool areas. It is very discriminatory. We all pay same price and some adults can access full facilities and others only half and this because they are parents! If you have kids you will not be able to sit in a hot tub ever during your stay! You should consider setting kids open times and quiet rules but not ban kids completely !"
