"The room was lovely and great size. The food in the hotel was unreal. Especially at the Peacock Restaurant where the staff was the friendliest people we have met and provided 5* customer service. The pool area could be improved, the pool was pretty small and not many beds. It was difficult to get a bed on the beach also. Seemed like quite a few had put their towels down before breakfast. All in all the stay was great and the location was perfect. "

"The hotel is clean and modern. All the staff we encountered were warm and friendly - reception suggested taking on-street taxis rather than Uber, as they said were just as safe and cheaper - whilst apprehensive of their advice, they were right! It's located in the JBR area, so it's walking distance to other restaurants and shops, if you fancy exploring the local vicinity. The gym is well equipped and the equipment is the same/comparable to some standalone gyms. We visited the spa for massage treatments which was excellent - book in advance. The bar/cafe and restaurant had a variety of options which catered to most tastes - couldn't fault the quality. Whilst they have an area on the beach designated for guests, the number of loungers are limited. There is space within the grounds, but note the music will be louder and constant. "

"Excellent hotel in a great location. The staff are extremely efficient and attentive across the hotel. Lots of bars, restaurants and the beach all within walking distance. JB's in the hotel is one of the best bars in the area for food, music and ambience. My only slight criticism is that the beds are very hard, even with a topper. Didn't sleep well. 3rd stay and will stay again. "
