"The room was really large and clean. Lovely bed and bathroom was really nice too. There was only 1 lift working on the Saturday and we were stuck outside in the cold for about 10 minutes as the lift just never came to the dockside level. It was fixed late on the Sunday but this was an issue as we were with elderly parents who struggled with the stairs.
Other than this it was a great stay. "
"We have been staying at this hotel at least once a year as our daughter lives 330 steps away. Always a clean room and great staff. We are saddened to learn the hotel will be converting to an elder care facility in September."
