We loved staying at the Villa. As this is a collection of stand-alone properties, there isn't a check in desk or reception, but the communication was great and we got responses all the time. Even before we arrived, they checked in to make sure all was going to be ok for us. Arrived here & were greeted by the warm welcome from the staff, took time to show us the Villa & was pleasantly surprised at the size, the decor & how comfortable are stay was going to be, the facilities were excellent from the comfortable rooms, living areas, and pool, everything was perfect, could not have chosen a better place to stay.

All little details were thought about. We were travelling with our 2 month old and 3 year old. We booked a family room. When we arrived the cot and sofa bed were already set up and there was a stair gate at the top of the stairs. The room was equipped with a baby bouncer and baby toiletries, which was a welcome and unexpected surprise. The hotel staff did everything they could to make your stay easy and enjoyable.

Went with family of 6 with four young children. Pool is big, and private, wonderful setting for families. Big plus - all the staff are very very friendly, and cleaners including the gardeners are very mindful of your privacy and always smile! Well done, keep up the good work

We would definitely stay here again. The staff were so friendly to us and our son. The swimming pool and garden are designed woven together, with quirky sculptures. I think this would be called a boutique hotel compared with the bigger resorts in Bali. If you like something a bit different and arty then you will like it. The location was excellent for Jimbaran, go straight out the back of the hotel and you're at the fish restaurants and the beach.

The property is the perfect base to relax, indulge in retail therapy or sightseeing. The daily breakfast was delicious, many cooked options to chose from and you order the night before for a time slot of your choice. We recently stayed at Angel House Eco Villa, and it was the perfect peaceful retreat just 10-15 minutes by car or motorbike from the center of Ubud. The villa is incredibly clean and surrounded by a beautiful garden, with a refreshing pool that became our favorite spot to relax. Just back from a week's stay at the Royal Santrian and it was fabulous! Our villa was huge, and the outdoor sitting area and private pool just made it perfect. Cannot fault the resort for anything, the staff were all very friendly, ensuring that everything was to our satisfaction every day. The food was first class, we ate there all the time it was so good! A very peaceful and relaxing location, ideal for couples. Had a lovely massage at the Spa too.

Old style Balinese hotel, well maintained. Staff are super friendly and helpful and any requests actioned immediately. Beautiful beach, comfy sun loungers. A peaceful and tranquil hotel right in the centre of north Sanur. Would definitely choose this hotel again without doubt.

Look no further, this hotel is the best in Bali. This was my sixth stay here and my expectations were exceeded yet again. Exceptional service, nothing but nothing is too much trouble. Both staff and management are totally committed to making sure that your stay is perfect in every detail. Do make sure that you dine in the Kayuputi restaurant - exquisite food and service!

Property was lovely but quite small but fab food good location

We spent 4 days here. If you want privacy, this is the place to come - you have your own villa (with walled garden, deck and plunge pool), the "room" service is great. You'll have your breakfast on your deck (monkey situation permitting) or inside the villa. Talking about monkeys - the name "Monkey Forest" is not there for marketing only. The monkeys are regular visitors - at one afternoon we counted 16 of them in our garden - it was a bit scary, but a call to the front desk took care of them,...

Great pool, lovely staff and great breakfast. Room was comfortable (we had a bungalow), although our bed sagged a bit in the middle. Otherwise very clean and nice!

Everything was absolutely amazing, the property is absolutely beautiful and beach is only less than 2 min walk. Breakfast was lovely with watermelon juice and Indonesian options.
