"The staff are very polite and accommodating. My safari adventures were well run and the naturalist (Nabin) was so knowledgeable that I even got to spot a tiger! Not many people get to see one. I highly recommend this place. I stayed in one of the well appointed safari tents overlooking the national park. We could even hear a rhino at night munching away under our tent! "

The rooms were clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed including a small mini bar. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I would definitely stay there again."

"Amazing hotel with exceptional customer service. Every member of staff was attentive and went beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The warm welcome from check in to the unexpected team check out will stay with me and I will most definitely stay there again when visiting Chitwan in the near future. "The shower pressure"

"Great hotel, staff very helpful. Wifi and air conditioning in the room. Food available downstairs which was good. Can help organize trips in the area as well. "

"This hotel is a convenient stay for anyone who need to stay near the city premises. the resort is nicely done and good swimming pool. the hotel staff is very supportive and quick check-in. However, the only issue faced was the very low connectivity issue of mobile network NCELL. if you planning to make lot of calls during your stay then be careful in choosing room. Otherwise the hotel wi-fi has a nice decent speed. "
