"Stayed for two nights, quite a new hotel, the room was good and clean and the gym was really well equipped with modern machines. Breakfast was good and dinner was nice although overpriced. We had a super nice waitress called Samana who was very happy and helpful."

"I’m glad I chose this hotel. First of all, location, location, location! It’s close proximity to all the stores and restaurants in Thamel. It’s very convenient. Speaking of that, there is a convenient store that is really close to the hotel which closes at 11 or 11:30 pm. Breakfast is fine. My first day was just average but second day is way much better. My main concern is the shower area. The water doesn’t drain faster than it’s supposed to do, but that doesn’t make me give them a lower score, because all the staff have been Amazing. They are very accommodating and just helpful to all my inquiries and needs. I applaud all the employees there starting from the staff at the reception area, cleaning personnel and the restaurants at Kava. You guys have been doing above and beyond to your guests and I appreciate that. I’m planning to come back here in Nepal in a year or two and will definitely book again at Fairfield Marriot hotel. Thank you to all of you. "
