The staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome, , we booked our tours and airport pickup and they even dropped us off at the bus station for our return journey. "Intermittent power and water for three days. They had generators, but would only run them for a few hours at night. Was very hot and buggy. This hotel is actually being shut down and they are opening up a fancy waterfront hotel next door. On the bright side, our free breakfast was at their other hotel, and the wait staff and food were awesome."
