The service at the lounge was outstanding, and a special mention goes to Steve and the entire Level 38 team for being so warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The breakfast at Edge was another standout. The quality and variety of the buffet were top-notch, easily one of the best we’ve experienced. Every detail, from the food to the service, was handled with care and professionalism. From check-in to check-out, everything felt seamless. The staff across the hotel were consistently friendly, helpful, and made our anniversary feel extra special. In a nutshell, everything was perfect. "The female counter staff on my first day check in at 3.30pm on 1 May 2026 never mentioned to me whether my booking contained breakfast or whether wanted to add in breakfast. My understanding was there was 1 breakfast for 1 customer and second customer needed to pay extra $5. Anyway, I have my breakfast in nearby restaurant. In addition, I asked for high floor as my room was deluxe plus. The staff assigned 13 floor but facing construction site. She should have told me. Very disappointed as compared to their Bras Basah hotel staff who were approachable when I have my staycation there."
