"Love the aesthetic of the hotel Love the location, in front of Sapporo TV tower and underground Odori Park station. Nice lobby and lounge area for hanging out by the warm fireplace. Room quite small, be warned. We had to pay to upgrade to the suite on 11th floor because there was no way we could open our luggage and still walk around in the room. "

"Wonderful hotel. Had everything that made our stay comfortable. Their room was very clean with modern features. The breakfast had more than enough selection to happy start to the day. Staffs were always very friendly. Also very convenient to have an underground passage connection all the way to the JR and subway."

"My room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view of the Sapporo skyline. The spa is great, too, and pairs with a beautiful lounging area. The hotel has a western aesthetic but it's a Japanese take on a western aesthetic which I think is kind of unique."

"The staff are very courteous. The hotel is very near JR line Sapporo station, exit through #9 but if you have luggage there's no lift so exit by the North gate of Sapporo station. The hotel is 2 stations away from Susukino and 1 station away from Odori Park. There are many selection for the breakfast. Toiletries - get it at the lobby. No free drinking water They do daily room cleaning. Very near to Sapporo station."
