"This resort exceeded our expectations. Being vegan it can be difficult to find a variety of appropriate food when traveling. Once the resort knew, the chefs prepared special meals just for me every dinner. I have never had that kind of service. BTW: the food! So amazing, every meal. The staff were all exceptional; friendly, helpful and courteous. Emiliano, Christina, Noe, Edgar, Karen, Iliana, Roberto, Alejandro, housekeeping staff; I wish I could remember everyone’s names. Every encounter was pleasant. Alan the manager, introduced himself on our first day and checked in throughout to ensure we were having a pleasant stay. Room was clean and well supplied. Housekeeping staff kept it that way for our 2 week stay. The hotel is quiet, calm and so very restful. The decor is beautiful. The spa is fantastic and the staff there were wonderful as well. Would love to return here again one day. "
