The property was beautifully maintained, spotless, and truly felt like a luxury escape. Every area of the resort—from the pools to the restaurants to the beach—was clean, relaxing, and well cared for. The all-inclusive experience was worth every moment, with delicious food, great drinks, and plenty of options throughout the day. What really made this trip unforgettable was the staff. Jakeline the manager was amazing, there was an issue with my initial room and within a couple of hours of informing the property not only was I placed in a different room i was also upgraded with club level amenities. The entertainment team and wait staff (Alexandria, Alfredo, Ruben, Tonatiuh) was absolutely top tier—friendly, energetic, professional, and genuinely focused on making sure guests had a great time. They created such a fun and welcoming atmosphere that made celebrating my birthday even more special.
