"We felt like we were staying with family. Both Aunt and niece were both welcoming, kind, informative and helpful. Rooms were refreshing, AC’s were the best. Cleaning staff were so kind and respectful. We did not need anything, they had all that was needed for beach days. To say it was peaceful does not do it justice, you need to experience it for yourselves. We will definitely be staying there again when we come back to visit Vieques! Thank you both so much, we felt so welcomed! Olga"

"My family stayed here for our one night stay while visiting Vieques. The communication via the app was excellent...we got messages before, during and after our stay. The rooms were small but extremely clean! The air conditioner worked very well which was nice after being in the sun during the day. The showers and bathrooms were fairly clean and well stocked. All rooms were filled but we never had to wait to use the bathrooms or showers. We were also very grateful for use of the luggage shed for the day after we checked out. Thank you for our wonderful stay!"

"This property is so perfect and the views are outstanding. I stayed in the oceanfront unit, and it checked all the boxes. The concierge is totally professional yet so nice. We got a continental breakfast every morning delivered by Jeanine, the concierge of the property! It is so peaceful and quiet. When it was time to leave, I was legitimately trying to come up with a good reason as to why I didn’t stay a few more days. However, since this property can accommodate groups, it’s perfect for families and friends! You won’t regret your choice at Los Quintas Reserve!"

"The only issue was the internet. It’s an open internet and didn’t work at all. I wasn’t able to even check my email. And the amount of bees 🐝 in the pool attacking everyone was out of control. There has to be a bee hive in the mango tree or under the pool wood board. Very cute hotel and staff were very nice."
