"One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at in Orlando. We frequently visit Orlando and decided to finally try this place out upon check in the front desk lady was rude. Our room keys were not working we had to walk down to get them remade only to walk into a room that was already occupied!! Went back down to front desk for the second time 35 minutes later we finally got into a room. We had a two queen bed room and one of the beds had a GIANT dent almost as if the entire cushion was missing on...
