"Room was filthy. I dont think they’ve ever mopped those floors once. Luckily we were hardly there but to sleep at night. AC unit was loud. They had to come fix it mid stay. Had some drunk banging on our door at 2am. Staff was friendly but this place has seriously gone downhill over the years. Best feature was the pool but they didn’t have enough towels for everyone. Best aide- put money into updating the rooms. CLEAN them. Yikes. "

"Front desk super friendly, everything was really clean too! The convenience store is kinda expensive and not many options to choose from (which is kinda expected from hotels in general and it’s also nice they have this option), but other than that it’s great"

"The door to the bathroom didn’t close, the door to the room was difficult to open, and I paid for transportation from this hotel to Disney because they said the shuttle didn’t go there. Come to find out I wasted $55 on Mears because the hotels shuttle offered us a complimentary trip to wherever we needed to go!! What a bummer. The accommodations were nice enough and it’s near a lot. The pools and playground were a nice touch. Food options on resort were okay. "

"I enjoyed the water portion to the hotel but the rooms were not what I expected , due to renovations there was a horrible paint smell , they only had one elevator working so to get on / off the hotel it would take 10 min every time. We did end up calling the front desk to see if we could get a different room bc the smell was so bad we were getting headaches and we did have a toddler with us, they did end up getting us a different room which was good I guess."
