"I had a very pleasant stay, the check in and check out process was easy and fast, the room was clean and well kept. There was a power outage that occurred when I was there, and I appreciated the staff being open to answering my questions, although some more amenities to accommodate that would have been helpful, regardless did the best we could with what we had & power came back like 40 min later."

"There was poop on the sidewalk outside the property. There were only 2 people at the front desk checking in guests. The man that checked us in was so helpful and friendly I didn’t get his name but he was helpful in getting us a room more of our liking as we had initially requested a room above the 35th floor and the one that was reserved for us was the 26th floor which would have been miserable. He checked the system and was able to put us on the 37th floor!!! We stay here often"
