The staff are incredible, especially Aysan on reception... I think she is the sweetest human being I have ever met! The restaurant staff were great too... Adem and his team are friendly, helpful and efficient. They cook the best omelette I have ever had in Turkey! The hotel is brand new and everything was wonderful. We will be returning next time we are in Istanbul! Great location too for where we needed to be.

Great location, excellent service and brilliant restaurants. We stayed for four nights and had dinners in all the restaurants. Food quality (from Turkish to Japanese) is top notch. Hotel staff are always attentive and caring. In a nutshell, it is one of the best hotels we stayed in.

I picked this hotel due to previous reviews and the closeness to some bars and istikal street and a train station. On arrival we were lucky enough to get the top duplex which suited is for the extra size. Check in was very friendly and efficient. The staff even offered to arrange a tour for us along bosphorus river was a nice touch. Complimentary water was also provided. If i return to Istanbul i will definitely look to stay at The Story Pera again.

Great hotel. Really cannot fault it at all during our 5 night stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Furkan the bellboy (unsure of spelling) went over and above to help us. Only 5 min walk to main attractions and main street. Very clean with maid service every day. Would definitely recommend arcadia blue.

Very nice hotel. Extremely well located, close to İstiklal street, Şişane metro station. Lots of eating places close by. Staff very helpful. I had chosen a superior room which was extremely spacious and comfortable. My only criticism would be that their breakfast was unremarkable. Having got used to other hotels having a widespread breakfast buffet, the breakfast at this hotel was quite sparse.

I had a great stay at the hotel, very conviently situated as it was near the main sites. The terrace restaurant had fantastic views of the surrounding areas. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A Fantastic Stay in Istanbul! I stayed at the Gorrion Hotel from September 27th through October 1st and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptional—incredibly welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout my entire visit. The location is also ideal for exploring or running daily errands; there are plenty of supermarkets and shops just a short walk away. Amazing staff from front desk to house keeping, they offered us some cake for our honey moon and chocolate, very clean and all amenities are provided. Breakfast is okey not a 5 stars breakfast, tried Barceló république which is much better. Housekeeping team are lovely but they should be quiet in the corridors mostly for guests that want to oversleep.

The Hotel is beautifully designed and well planned with every amenity we needed for our stay. Lovely relaxing atmosphere and within walking distance to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia and many other tourist spots. Tram line is also very close by. Staff went the extra mile and were available 24hrs a day to help us with everything we needed. We had a very comfortable stay and would definitely use Fer again.

Good location for transit

Amiral Palace Hotel is a must for anybody visiting Istanbul. The property is located in the old town of Istanbul and is walking distance from the major sites of Topkapi Palace, Blue Mosque and Aya Sofia. Excellent hotel and staff. Location may not be ideal for less mobile due to steep approach path/ roads but otherwise totally recommended

The hotel was almost new when I stayed there. Great amenities, great breakfast and very welcoming and helpful front of house team.

Brilliant hotel, excellent staff, the staff at the door were brilliant. Cannot fault this hotel, has woman only swimming which is great as no hotel as i am aware off has this facility. The architecture, the welcome drinks and dates, all absolutely brilliant, will come back again for sure.
