First off the reception has a strong stench of cigarette smoke. On check out the hotel demanded extra money than what was listed on the book page. Great location right next to the train station and easy to access train, and local tram and buses. 30 mins walking dustance to the Zenkoji temple or a quick bus ride. The hotel is a big one and the staff was very helpful to our requests. There are lots of restaurants and shops around the hotel.
