"Everything at the property was great - convenient location (3min from airport), clean, easy check-in and friendly staff. Only negative was that no one responded to any of our three messages on the Hotel.com 'contact the property' messenger, so no one received our request for a shuttle to and from the airport. I suggest contacting them directly if you need to get in touch."

"I stayed only for few hours. I have waited for an hour for the airport shuttle but no shuttle turned up. It was the other hotel shuttle kindly took me because he had returned twice and saw me still waiting. Spoke to the front desk and said you should have called. But none of this information has been said about calling in my booking. "

"Pathetic room condition due to bad house keeping. Room wasn’t even ready by 7:45pm when the check in time is 3pm."

"If you need a sleepover with a proper bed, book early as they go quite quickly. My wife and I slept in separate singular sleepover pods for the first time. Convenient just to catch a few hours of rest. Yes it was clean and quiet. The space needed its own toilet and shower for the clientele to refreshen up for the next leg of the flights."
