Not value for money to me. Though I was upgraded to Presidential Suite, but the bathroom fittings, quality of Towels, room amenities were below 3 star. Room service and food is very average

2-3 star quality at most. Room has centipede and dead insect, many staff have limited English understanding which makes communication somewhat challenging.

Comfortable and clean hotel with good customer service and spacious room, however the rooms are not sound proof

Staff were very accommodating and attentive to your needs. All the way from the bellmen, front desk and dinning staff. Great location to the city.
