Made very welcome and good parking the local buses stop outside which a nice bonus breakfast was excellent

Clean and comfortable room, tasty breakfast, friendly staff, easy parking and easy access to the town centre. Would stay again if visiting Hull.

The card access to all floorsvis an excellent idea

The experience was great from start to finish with very friendly staff and an excellent room

One Word “ Perfect “ from Booking in to Leaving !!!! Oh and whoever thought of the Ice machine in reception………. Legend. Thank you so much and keep up the Great Work.

Amazing hostel. I really enjoy my stay here. Owner Glenn is so helpful, resourceful and kind to have a chat. The volunteers Kasia and Dan are lovely to talk with. It feels a very cosy hostel, not too crowded, noisy and neither a party hostel. I was visiting for tourism and leisure and while many of the guests staying here for work or business, there were no issues. And Glenn kindly helped to sorted out a minor issue in the room very effectively. Just a note there is no stove but a microwave...

Cannot say a bad word about this place. Staff where great, room was spotless, parking on site at a small fee considering its a city. Room has air-conditioning and heating. Fresh drinking water stations along corridors, very useful when you forget water for the room.

Lovely old building. Enjoyed my one night stay. Friendly & helpful staff

Clean comfortable room with private bathroom friendly staff fully equipped kitchen Shops only few minutes walk away.

Very good 2 bedroom & bathroom apartment in centre of Hull. Very clean and modern with separate rooms for privacy. Communication and access very good and easy. Short walk to lots of restaurants and bars in town.

Fiona behind bar/accommodation/waitress!! is sooo lovely and helpful really appreciated all your help, thanks 😊 and the guy behind bar was great too, sorry didn't get his name but thanks for asking if all was good with food and it was great, lovely and calm peaceful part of seaside Yorkshire. Thanks again, Pam Davis.

All good, however the hidden fee of charging £5 to park is annoying (just increase the room rate and include the parking)
